Need For Women To Work For Gov Obiano's Re-election Emphasized

A former Commissioner for Women’s Affairs and Social development in the State, Lady Henrietta Agbata, has called on  women of the state to unite and work towards the re-election of Governor Willie Obiano, in this year’s gubernatorial election.

Speaking to the ABS in Awka, Lady Henrietta, said the call has become necessary in view of the giant strides of the Governor in less than three years in office.
She listed the three flyover projects in Awka the state capital, influx of investors to the state due to affective security network of the present administration, among others, as strong indications that Governor Obiano means well for the citizenry.
The former Commissioner for Women’s Affairs, while describing Governor Obiano as a true democrat, equally commended him for his twenty million naira community choose your project initiative, a gesture she noted will go a long way in opening up the rural communities in the state.
She commended his wife Chief Mrs Ebelechukwu, for using her Caring Family Enhancement Initiative, CAFÉ, to touch lives, especially that of widows and vulnerable.
Lady Henrietta, stressed the need for the re-election of the Governor in this year’s gubernatorial election, to enable him consolidate on his achievements.
