As well meaning citizens continue to speak on the twenty fifth anniversary of the state, the co-coordinator of the Anambra South Development Association, Chief Barth Awugosi
has commended Governor Willie Obiano for his numerous accomplishments in the state, describing him as a visionary leader.
Chief Awugosi noted that the people of Anambra South senatorial zone have every reason to celebrate the silver jubilee of the state especially now that the present administration has made practical efforts to develop all the twenty one council areas and the one hundred and seventy-seven communities in the state.
He called on Ndi Anambra to continue to give maximum support to Governor Obiano and shun acts that could smear the image of the state.
On his part, a renowned legal practitioner, Chief Raymond Onyegu, thanked God for the lives the people of the state in the past twenty five years and extolled the efforts of the Obiano administration towards developing the state.
Chief Onyegu who is an APGA chieftain, appealed to the citizenry to remain peaceful and united adding that with team work, Governor Obiano will record more achievements in the state.
