South East Governors have been urged to key into the efforts of Governor Willie Obiano to forge a common front and give Ndigbo stronger  presence in both National and International affairs.

Speaking to the ABS at Ihiala, a community leader and front line politician, based in Aba, Abia State, Chief Chukwudi Ikeagwuna noted that Governor Obiano is the only Governor who has so far honoured Igbo fallen heroes who died during the civil war in defence of their fatherland.
Chief Ikeagwuna, recalled that by giving befitting burial to Men, women and children across Igboland who lost their lives in the war, Governor Obiano has demonstrated a genuine sense of appreciation to the contributions and sacrifices made by the heroes for the future of the Igboland.
He called on Igbo leaders and representatives at all levels to work closely with the Governor to achieve the desired goals.
It will be recalled that the final burial rites for the fallen Igbo heroes tagged Ozoemena was held at the Dr Alex Ekwueme square in Awka, early last year.
A youth leader, Mr Johnson Onyebosim said the Governor has redefined governance and provided youths with opportunities to attain their full potentials in life.
