The Parish Priest of Saint Peters Catholic Church, Nkwelle Awka, Reverend Father Nicolas Okekeocha says the birth of Jesus Christ has brought salvation to mankind.
Speaking on the significance of Christmas Reverend Father Okekeocha encouraged Christians to use the period in extending mercy to those in need.
The Vicar of the Parish Church of Saint Andrews Nibo, Reverend Kingsley Chukwukanma, stated that Christmas reminds the faithful of the second coming of Christ calling for total re-union and true reconciliation among the people.
