It was an emotional scene yesterday as Ndi Anambra and others converged on the Federal Road Safety Corp, FRSC State Headquarters Awka, for the Service of Songs for Late Mr. Sunday Ajayi who died recently in a motor accident.

Some of the mourners who were tensed and looking sad could not hold back their tears, testified that the deceased was a bold man of artless candour while various speakers poured eulogies on him.
Delivering a sermon, the Pastor of Bright and Morning Star Zone of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Awka, Pastor Jude Chinemere while speaking on the topic ”Death will come knocking at your door one day” reminded Christians that of death is evitable for all mortals.
He called on all and sundry to mend their ways and prepare for final judgment, adding that Mr. Ajayi, eschewed evils and never failed in the service of God and humanity. UPSOT
In their different testimonies, the traditional rulers of Awka, Obi Gibson Nwaokolo, Assistant Corp Marshall Victor Nwosu from FRSC Headquarters Abuja, said that the deceased was a hard-working man and dedicated to his job at all times in the state to ensure free flow of traffic.
The State Commander Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Mr Sule Momodu and former Secretary to the state Government, Mr. Oseloka Obaze, in their separate speeches said that the good legacies of the deceased would remain indelible as he initiated measures to save lifes and properties of the masses when he was alive.
A representative of the Family Mr., Clement Ilesanmi who spoke emotionally at the service, said the late Sector Commander entrenched road safety ideals through his public enlightenment initiative ‘‘Operation Reach All” and also successfully galvanized stakeholders support for road safety activities in the state which has earned him many Awards and commendations and prayed his soul to rest in eternal peace.
The Zonal Choir, House of Faith Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God were to render emotional hymns at the service of song.
However, the remains of late Mr. Ajayi will be finally laid to rest at his country home on Friday twenty-eighth of December 2018 at his country home Kwara State.
