The State Government has reiterated its commitment towards partnering media practitioners on information management and dissemination.
The Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Mr. C Don Adinuba restated this when the Orient Daily Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalist, NUJ, called on him in his office at the Jerome Udoji Secretariat, Awka.
Mr. Adinuba assured that the cordial relationship the State Government had been enjoying with the media practitioners including the Orient Daily Chapel would be sustained.
The commissioner urged Ndi Anambra to shun discrimination as it would bring backwardness, saying that God does not discriminate.
Earlier, the Chairman of Orient Daily Chapel, of the NUJ, Mr Osita Eze, thanked the Commissioner for re-defining the cordial relationship that existed between media practitioners and the government stating that their aim was to come and learn the advance course as individuals, practitioners and as a group.
