The Special Assistant to the Governor on Community Liaison Comrade Obi Ochije has called on eligible voters in the State to visit their various wards and obtain their Permanent Voter Cards in order not to be disenfranchised during next month’s general elections.
Speaking to the ABS in Awka, Comrade Ochije who described the voter card as the only instrument the electorate will use to enthrone credible leadership, cautioned the people against playing lukewarm attitude towards elections.
Comrade Ochije who described the February sixteenth Presidential and National Assembly elections as very critical in the history of the Nigerian- Nation, advised the electorate to see the election as a national project.
He called on Ndi Anambra to use the forthcoming election to show appreciation to Governor Willie Obiano for all his good work in the State by voting en-masse for all APGA candidates during the election.
The Special Assistant to the Governor on Community Liaison cautioned the electorate against vote buying and selling which he said is counterproductive in the electoral process.
