APGA faithful in Awka North Local Government Area have resolved to ensure landslide victory for all candidates of the party in the forth coming general election

They made this known when the Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Senator Victor Umeh visited the area as part of his re-election campaign.

Some areas visited were Central Primary School ISUANIOCHA, Holy Spirit Secondary School Ebenebe and Eziogbo Primary school Amansea,

Speaking at the tour, the Member representing Awka North and South Federal Constituency at the eral House of Representatives, Mr Anayo Nnebe, commended Senator Umeh for transparent and courageous represention at the National Assembly urging him to sustain the tempo.

The Transition Committee Chairman Awka North Local Government Council, Mr, Fedinand Onwuje, implored party members who are yet to collect their Permanent Voter Cards, PVC, to go to their local government INEC offices to collect theirs in order not to be disenfranchised during election.

Also Speaking, the member representing Awka North and South at the State House of Assembly, Mr, Boniface Okonkwo, the President General of Ebenebe, Mr, Paul Nnatuanya, the APGA candidate for Awka North at the State House of Assembly, Mr. John Nwokoye among others maintained that APGA has created enabling development in Awka North and beyond which include, construction of roads, markets, bore hole, electricity and many more.

Responding Senator Victor Umeh said that only eleven months as a Senator, he has fulfilled most of his promises to Anambra Central, adding that he attracted projects that enhance education opportunities for youths, expand women empowerment opportunities, award scholarships to over seventy youths the Senatorial District, sponsor bills, moved motions that are of benefits and contribute on the floor of Senate for the overall interest of his constituents.

He assured that if re-elected he will continue to ensure justices, equity and fairness in the distribution of Nigeria resources and infrastructural development.

Meanwhile, Over Fifteen indigent widows were empowered with cash and food items by Senator Umeh to enable them support their businesses while the Auditor General and National Secretary of Victor Umeh Support group Mr Nnatuanya Anthony-Dunga, empowered Amansea youths and women various sums of money.

Some of the beneficiaries including, Fidelia Chijindu, chinyere Akwobi, and Chinwe Ebo, who said they were overwhelmed by the Senators kind gesture and philanthropic disposition prayed God to reward him abundantly.
