People of Adazi-Ani, Adazi-Enu, and Ichida communities in Anaocha Council Area have resolved to re-elect the Member representing Anaocha, Njikoka and Dunukofia Federal Constituency, Dr. Dozie Nwankwo, by giving their hundred percent vote to the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in this month’s General Elections.
The people unanimously made the decision when Chief Nwankwo visited the communities.
During the visits, members of the communities chanted solidarity songs for him and expressed optimism on his triumph in the election.
Addressing people of the areas, Dr. Nwankwo who appreciated them for massively supporting him during the first term, assured to redouble his achievements for the Constituency if re-elected.
Also speaking, the Member Representing Anaocha One Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Honourable Azubike Okoye, said the people of the area have no better choice than Dr. Nwankwo who according to him, has achieved much for the people of his Constituency.
Responding, some Leaders of Thought in the Communities including Engineer Cyril Bob Okoye, Engineer Chukwuma Ezeadim and Chief Ben Okoli, thanked Dr. Nwankwo on quality representation given them at the Federal House, and assured him of the massive vote of the people for continuity.
Speaking on behalf of the women, the Communities Woman Leaders, Mrs Alice Muojekwu of Adazi-Ani, her Adazi-Enu counterpart, Mrs Cecilia Okpalaobiaku, and that of Ichida, Lady Ngozi Obiekwe, promised the Honourable member of their total support in the election, and prayed
God to grant him victory.
Commissioning of borehole facility donated by Dr. Nwankwo, for the people of Adazi-Enu community at the civic center and testimonies from beneficiaries of his interventions in the Constituency, featured at the event.
