The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has postponed the Presidential and National Assembly elections till February 23, 2019. Gubernatorial and State Assembly Elections have also been rescheduled till Saturday, March 9, 2019.

INEC National Chairman, Professor Mahmoud Yakubu made the announcement shortly after a meeting with twelve other INEC National Commissioners in Abuja
