The Special Assistant to the Governor on community Liaison, Chief Obi Ochije-Modilim says the re-election of President Muhamamdu Buhari for another term of four years is a clear indication that the citizenry repose an implicit confidence in his administration.

Speaking to the ABS in his office at the Government House Awka, Chief Ochije Modilim, described the February twenty-third Presidential and National Assembly elections as the most peaceful and orderly.

He called on President Muhamamdu Buhari to put an end to Fulani herdsmen menace in the country.

Chief Ochije Modilim advised Nigerians to always pray for and support President Mohammadu Buhari to enable him consolidate on his achievements in his second term.

He used the opportunity to call on the President to appoint more people of Igbo extraction into his cabinet to give the region more sense of belonging in his administration.

On the March ninth House of Assembly election, the Governor’s Special Assistant on Community Liaison called on the State electorate to vote for APGA candidates in the election for more robust development across the State.

According to him, a vote for APGA candidates in the forthcoming House of Assembly election, will ensure more harmonious co-existence between the State House of Assembly and the Executive if the next House of Assembly Members is APGA dominated.

Chief Ochije Modilim used the opportunity to call on the citizenry to always embark on those programmes that will promote peace and unity.
