Eligible voters in the State have been urged to vote en-masse for candidates of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA in this Saturday’s House of Assembly election.
The Grand Patron of APGA, Dr. Anthony Enukeme, who made the call in an ABS interview at his country home Neni, in Anaocha Local Government Area, maintained that a vote for APGA candidates in the March ninth House of Assembly election is a vote for continuous transformation of the State.
According to Dr. Enukeme, the people of Anambra State should use the forthcoming House of Assembly election to show appreciation to Governor Willie Obiano for all his good work in the state.
He said that the APGA governments within thirteen years it took over the mantle of leadership in the State have through its people oriented programmes and policies improved the living standards of the citizenry.
Dr. Enukeme listed the three fly over bridges in Awka and Amawbia respectively, regular payment of worker’s salaries and pension to retirees and the ongoing light-up projects across the state as a clear indication that APGA government meant well for the people.
The Grand Patron of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, who called on Ndigbo to take APGA as their own, maintained that if the seventh House of Assembly is dominated by APGA lawmakers, it will ensure more cordial relationship between the House of Assembly and the government, thereby providing good governance.
