The National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, Chief Victor Oye, has described Easter as a period for penance, forgiveness and reconciliation.

In his Easter message, Chief Oye, maintained that peace can only be achieved through tolerance, forgiveness and reconciliation. Lamenting that there is too much bitterness and intolerance in the nation, Chief Oye advised politicians to use the period of Easter to work for genuine peace and reconciliation.

The APGA National Chairman, urged Nigerians, especially members of APGA family, to show love to one another and avoid acts capable of causing misunderstanding amongst the citizenry.

He prayed for a united and peaceful Nation, while urging the federal government to take drastic measures to arrest the increasing spate of killings, kidnappings and robbery across the country.

He used the opportunity to thank APGA faithful across the country for their support to the party and asked them to remain resolute and focused in the pursuit of growth and development of the party.
