Trustfund Pensions Limited has reaffirmed it’s commitment towards well-being of the retirees under it’s Management.
The South-East Regional Manager Trustfund Pensions limited, Mr Charles Ekpunobi made this declaration during a one day pre-retirement and retiree forum held in Awka.
Mr Ekpunobi who noted that they have managed pension contributions and grown the individual pensioner accounts with impressive returns over the years and reassured them of consistency and improved services, noting that their funds are well protected.
He however cautioned them against fraudsters, advising that they should always approach their office for informations and clarifications to avoid being defrauded.
Also speaking, the Trustfund Business Manager in charge of Anambra State, Mr Carlington Dike who viewed retirement as a blessing, noted that the essence of the interactive forum was to sensitize the retirees and potential retirees on the importance of retirement benefit and to ensure that they make wise decisions to avoid future regrets and also to interact with their customers which he said will help them review their activities to know where adjustments should be made as a pension fund administrator.
Some of the participants, including Mr Peter Udeh, Mrs Ifeyinwa Okoye and Mr Charles Osegbue while expressing their satisfaction with the way their retirement benefits are being managed ,applauded them for organizing the interactive forum noting that it is an eye opener to them but advocates that they should be issued an Identity Cards for proper protection and identification.
The forum which is an annual event attracted major stakeholders in the pension industry and featured series of lectures.
