The Member Elect for Anambra West Constituency, Chief Patrick Obalum-Udoba says he will accord much priority to agriculture throughout his tenure.
Chief Udoba who made this known while speaking to the ABS in Awka said that a reasonable number of his constituents are farmers, hence his resolve to give agriculture much priority to ensure that his people benefit from both state and federal government’s agricultural soft loans and grants for them to boost their business.
The incoming Anambra West Lawmaker further noted that apart from giving agriculture a pride of place, he will equally take education, healthy living of his people, especially women and children seriously as well as engage youths in various skill acquisition programmes to ensure that his constituency is at par with its contemporaries in the state.
Chief Udoba described Governor Willie Obiano as an articulate leader that has transformed the economic fortunes of the state and assured that the incoming Anambra State House of Assembly will work mutually with the executive to fast rack development of the state.
