Governor Willie Obiano has encouraged Ndi Anambra to always take the advantage of recruitment opportunities offered by security agencies in the Country.
Governor Obiano was speaking when he received twenty Police Cadet Officers, from Anambra State.
The Cadets, led by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. Chris Owolabi were received at the Governor’s lodge, Amawbia.
Governor Obiano, while urging Police Officers on highest professional standards and conduct, reminded them that Nigerian citizens from Northern and Western parts of the Country understand the intricacies involved in such job opportunities.
He urged them to be true ambassadors of the State, bring on innovative solutions different from the usual norms to the force.
Earlier, Mr. Owolabi said that the visit was customary and explained that they were groomed in four major departments of policing.
The cadets, who were from different discipline background, have completed the training and will go back to Kano for further training.
