Nigeria’s billionaire businessmen, Alhaji Aliko Dangote and Mr. Femi Otedola, have promised the Super Eagles seventy-five thousand dollars for every goal scored in their remaining two matches at the ongoing African Cup of Nations.

While Alhaji Dangote made a pledge of fifty thousand dollars to the team for every goal scored in their two matches at the championship, Mr Otedola promised twenty-five thousand dollars for every goal.

A statement issued by the Nigeria Football Federation comes on the heels of Super Eagles’ impressive performance against South Africa in the quarter-finals encounter of the competition.

The game, played last Wednesday, saw the Super Eagles defeat the Bafana Bafana two goals to one to advance to the semi-finals.

Nigeria will play Algeria at the semi finals tomorrow at Cairo International Stadium by eight o’clock in the night.
