The fear that cultural activities will go into extinction in parts of igbo land may not be the case after all , as like in the old days, Enugwu-Ukwu Widows Association presented their cultural dance to the people.

The event which held at Ire village square (Ebe Ire), Enugwu -Ukwu in Njikoka council area, also featured empowerment and presentation of awards to deserving individuals in the community for caring for the widows in the area.

Guests were thrilled with dance from the widows.
Members of the community gathered to show solidarity to the widows and also enjoy the cultural dance which according to them was a way of bringing back togetherness in their community.
