Over one thousand people have benefited from this year’s second phase
of Pharmacist Obinna Emeneka free medical outreach in Umuoba Anam.

Honourable Emenaka, is the member representing Anambra East
constituency in the state House of Assembly.

The event which was held at Unity Primary School field, Umuoba Anam
attracted Ndi Umuoba Anam and people from their neighbouring
communities, APGA Stakeholders in the community and Anambra East local
government, friends and well wishers from far and near among others.

While addressing the people that gathered for the exercise, Pharmacist
Emeneka said that what he is doing is to augment the tremendous
achievements made by the Governor Willie Obiano’s administration in
the health sector for a healthier Anambra.

Pharmacist Emeneka who revealed that the phase one of the free medical
outreach was done on twenty fourth August 2019 at Umueri, promised
that the exercise will cut across all the communities in the
constituency and beyond, as well as Awka, the capital city.

He promised that the seventh Anambra State House of Assembly will
continue to enact laws that will solidify the gains already achieved
by the current administration in the state as well as uplift the
living standard of Ndi Anambra and other residents of the State.

The Senior Special Assistant to the governor on protocol, Chief Mrs.
Ngozi Osy- Agbata who is the APGA ward leader of the community,
described Pharmacist Emeneka as a quintessential legislator who has
positively touched the lives of his people in so many ways, and prayed
God to be with him always.

The traditional ruler of Umuoba Anam, Igwe George Ekwealor said that
he is excited about the programme, as the lawmaker has kept to his
promises and assured that the community is solidly behind him.

Two of the beneficiaries, Mr. Onyeaka Mmaduneme and Mrs. Chinenye
Ekwenze expressed appreciation for the free drugs given them, and
praised Hon. Emeneka for his selfless service to humanity.
