Anambra State government has announced plans to launch the second
phase of operation kpochapu this Friday.
Governor Willie Obiano made the announcement during the 2019 Ofala festival of the Traditional ruler of Obosi, Igwe Chidubem Iweka.
The Governor cautioned criminals in the State to relocate from the State or risk being dealt with, saying that his administration has put plans in place to ensure that ndi Anambra will continue to enjoy security.
The Governor who reminded the people of the town of his administration’s ongoing Community choose your project initiative which they benefitted from, assured that the third phase of the
project is under way.
He applauded them for upholding their tradition, calling on Ndigbo to make efforts to uphold ther rich cultural heritage, as it is their identity, and tasked Ndi Obosi on supporting their Traditional ruler, while pledging to continue to do the much he can for Communities in the State.
Receiving the Governor, Igwe Iweka commended him for the good work
he is doing in the State, especially his recent peace initiative in Obosi.
Igwe Iweka said because of the initiative, peace is gradually returning to Obosi Community, pledging unalloyed support to the Governor for the remaining years of his administration
