An Industrialist Dr Godwin Okafor has charged Ndi Anambra to enroll into the Anambra State Health Insurance Scheme in order to secure a healthy life for themselves.
Speaking to newsmen at his office at Agu Awka Industrial layout on World Stroke Day which was observed yesterday, Dr Okafor spoke on causes of stroke and measures to take for one not to fall victim.
He extolled Governor Willie Obiano for making health care delivery a priority and urged the people to enroll into the State Health Insurance Scheme, a platform he said the Obiano administration is using to make health care delivery affordable and accessible.
Dr Okafor charged Ndi Anambra to exercise regularly as it is key to good health, charging them to always take control of their life by not over stressing themselves daily.
He commended Governor Willie Obiano for his developmental strides especially his recent security network and operational tactics in providing necessary machineries for security agencies for security of life and properties.
Dr Okafor who is a community leader in Isuofa Aguata Local Government Area, called on those in private sectors to ensure that their staff welfare is given priority attention urging them to always sensitized them on the need for constant health check up.
