The Commissioner for Environment, Mr Obi Nwankwo, has directed that
the contracts of all environmental impact Assessment and Environmental
Audit consultants working in Anambra state be terminated immediately.


This is contained in a press release signed by the Permanent Secretary
in the ministry, Dr Emmanuel Okafor.
According to the release, the public is to note and report recalcitrant ones to the Ministry of Environment for appropriate
sanctions.
