The Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly, Mr Uche Okafor has urged lawmakers to execute projects that have positive impact on the lives of their constituents.
Mr Okafor made the call at Central School Amawbia during the opening match of the tenth edition of Obizi Unity Cup competition between Nibo and Isiagu communities sponsored by the member representing Awka South Two Constituency at Anambra State House of Assembly, Chief Chukwuma Okoye.

Honourable Okafor who described football as a noble venture that rewrite one’s destiny charged youths who are gifted in football to.
embrace it as the State Government has provided the enabling environment for them to succeed.
Speaking to the ABS after the football match, the benefactor, Honourable Chukwuma Okoye, explained that the exercise serves as a platform through which he discovers stars and sponsors them to Europe to further their career in football.
He noted that the football competition has brought the seven communities in his constituency together and discouraged youths from engaging in unwholesome activities.
The member representing Aguata One Constituency, Dr. Carter Umeh and his Orumba North Constituency counterpart, Honourable Emeka Aforka noted that Chief Okoye, has complimented the efforts of the State Government in youth empowerment through the gesture and urged him to be steadfast.
The Chairman House Committee on Information and Culture, Honourable Okechukwu Okoye, called on the people to exercise regularly as it takes one away from illness.
Some footballers who featured in the opening match, Ikechukwu Okoli and Uchenna Ekwunife commended Honourable Okoye for giving them the platform to discover their talents and develop it.
