The traditional head of non-indigenes in Anambra State Chief Amos Nkwuda has commended Governor Willie Obiano for all his support to non indigenes in Anambra State by giving them a sense of belonging in government programmes and policies.
Speaking in an interview with the ABS in Awka, Chief Nkwuda who described Chief Obiano as a Governor who has the interest of the people at heart assured him of the support and co-operation of the non indigenes in Anambra State.
Chief Nkwuda, maintained that the effective security network of Governor Obiano has led to enhanced business transactions across the State and commended the Governor for his support and encouragement to traders including non indigenes who were affected in the recent fire disaster at Ochanja Market.
He advised non indigenes in Anambra State to abstain from acts capable of bringing shame to the association reminding them of the need to exhibit a high sense of discipline wherever they are.
Chief Nkwuda used the opportunity to call on the people to use the period of Christmas in building bridges of love and true reconciliation.
