Anambra state government says it will make the state more favourable for industrialists and investors through provision of steady power supply.
Governor Willie Obiano gave the assurance during the inauguration of Mr. Humphrey Ngonadi, as the new President of South East Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, SECCIMA.

Governor Obiano represented by his Deputy, Dr. Nkem Okeke who described power as life wire of industry, said his government is already working tirelessly towards ensuing steady power supply in Anambra state, to attract more industries into the state and as well make things easier for already existing industries.
The Governor who congratulated Mr Ngonadi on election as the third President of association, assured that his government will continue to partner SECCIMA for economic growth of the state, and improved welfare of the association’s members.
In a remark, the National President, National Association of Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, NACCIMA, Hajia Saratu Aliyu urged the new President of SECCIMA to always carry members along, and work for greater glory of the association.
Also speaking, the new President of SECCIMA, Mr Ngonadi thanked members of the Association for the honour, and promised to use the position to make the association better and more beneficial for the members.
Governor Willie Obiano was honoured with an award as a grand patron of the association, alongside Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state who was also represented by his Deputy, Dr. Eric Igwe.
