Caring Family Enhancement Initiative, CAFE, has donated the sum of One Million Naira To Anambra state government to support the state in the fight against Covid-19 that is currently ravaging the world.

CAFE, is non profitable organization founded by the wife of the governor, Chief Dr Ebelechukwu Obiano, through which many indigent widows, the less privileged persons as well as persons with disability have been receiving care.
Presenting the cheque at the Government House Awka, A CAFE Board member, Dr Glory Ogugua, who said that CAFE has and will always be concerned with anything that affects the state and it’s citizens, called on other NGO’s, Individuals and Corporate bodies to support the state government at this critical time.
Receiving the check, the Secretary to the state government, Professor Solo Chukwulobelu, while thanking the founder, Chief Dr Ebelechukwu Obiano for the generous donation through CAFE, prayed for God to grant her the courage, wisdom and strength to continue in her good work of charity.
Among those that witnessed the presentation include, The MD/CEO, Anambra Broadcasting Service, who is also a member of the Anambra Covid-19 Action Team, Chief Uche Nworah, The Special Adviser to the Governor on Indigenous Medicine, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim among others.
