Following the relaxation of COVID-19 lockdown, announced by Governor Willie Obiano, the state civil servants today resumed work.
Markets across the state also reopened today for normal business transactions.
In a public service notice released by the Head of Service, Barrister Harry Udu, workers and visitors will only access the offices if they wear their face masks.
It noted that wearing of face mask remains one of the preconditions to gain access into offices.
The release also urged all civil servants to comply with the directive, so as to maintain safety, while in the office.
It then enjoined all workers and indeed intending visitors to strictly uphold all COVID-19 safety procedures installed by the state government.
