State-owned paramilitary aboysgency, Operation Clean and Healthy Anambra, OCHA, Brigade has apprehended three teenage boys traveling from Nasarawa state to Sapele, in Delta state for breaching boundary closure order.
The teenagers, who were apprehended at the Amansea-Ugwuoba end of the state, said that they were traveling to Sapele, where they will begin commercial motorcycle business.

According to the boys, who were roughly in their mid-twenties, they paid a tanker driver some money ranging from three thousand, five hundred naira to five thousand naira, to convey them and their bikes to Warri, also in Delta state, from where they would ride to Sapele.
They had come from different parts of Nasarawa state, and said that they needed to join their peers at the destination and begin the motorcycle riding business.
The Managing Director of OCHA Brigade, Mr. Douglas Okafor, who spoke on the development, said that the three offenders would be immediately handed over to the police for prosecution.
Despite the relaxation of the lockdown in Anambra state, barely two weeks ago to allow people go their normal functions, Governor Willie Obiano had stressed that every boundary in the state remained closed indefinitely to contain the spread of the deadly virus.
