The Nigeria Football Federation has donated thousands of facemasks, hand gloves, sanitizers and Personal Preventive Equipment to the Lagos State Government as part of efforts to curb the coronavirus pandemic.
The NFF donation was presented to the Lagos State Government by the federation’s first vice president, Seyi Akinwunmi, supported by NFF Executive Board member and Head of Committee, Nigeria Women’s Football League, Aisha Falode.
The donation of three thousand pieces of facemasks, one thousand pair of hand gloves, one thousand bottles of hand sanitizers and fifty pieces of Personal Preventive Equipment covers were received by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Lagos State, Segun Ogboye, at the Alausa secretariat, Ikeja, Lagos.
