While featuring as a guest in the Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS 88.5FM) PresReview programme on Thursday, 28th May, 2020, the member representing Njikoka constituency 1 in the Anambra state House of Assembly, Hon. Timothy Ifedioranma said he was led by the spirit to complete the house started by late Anthony Okafor, the 22-year old Enugwu-Ukwu man who died last week Wednesday, 20th May, 2020 while being pursued by a police vehicle, and was then hit by another vehicle.

According to him, “This has nothing to do with politics. It is as a result of empathy and compassion. My spirit told me to do it after i visited the family and saw their condition. I felt particularly for the father”.

Continuing, Hon. Ifedioranma said, “I didn’t want him to be brought home and be buried inside the bush, so i quickly mobilised workers to the site of the building he had started and gave them a mandate to finish the house within 4 days as the burial has been fixed for Saturday, 30th May, 2020. The workers responded and have been working day and night”.

The accompanying pictures show the state of the building when Hon. Ifedioranma (dressed in white) first visited the family after the unfortunate incident, and current state of the house as at today, Thursday, 28th May, 2020.
