In a bid to strengthen the existing symbiotic relationship, the
Anambra Broadcasting Service Onitsha Managment Team has paid a
courtesy visit to Hardis and Dromedas Industry at Umunya, Oyi Local
Government Area.
All Heads of Units of the station were among the entourage. Addressing the Managing Director of the Industry, Dr Chike Obidigbo,
ABS Onitsha Head of Station, Mrs Njide Ezeonyejiaku who commended
the long relationship existing between the company and the ABS said,
based on the need to move the new ABS forward, the Onitsha station
deemed it necessary to reach out to all her critical stakeholders to
strengthen the synergy between them for optimal output.
Mrs Ezeonyejiaku while soliciting for sponsorship and patronage
pledged ABS commitment towards serving the public better with quality
content.
In their separate speeches, the Head of Programmes, Mrs Ifeoma
Udechukwu and Head of Commercial Services, Mr Val Oguejiofor hinted
that ABS now has a Multi-media outfit that will help project his
industry in a limelight by making effective use of her various social
media outlets to reach out to the people.
On their parts, the Head of News Onitsha, Mrs Chinyelu Obiejesi and
Head of Engineering, Mr Ignatius Ezekwesili thanked Dr Obidigbo for
the warm reception accorded them and promised to give him quality
services as ABS reach has been upgraded.
Responding the Managing Director, of the Industry, Dr Obidigbo
thanked the team for the visit, describing ABS as a house hold
name in Broadcasting and promised to revive and sustain the cordial
relationship.
