Senior Secondary School Three students of Mater Amabilis Secondary school Umuoji, Idemili North council area have joined their counterparts across the state to resume lessons as directed by the state government.

The exam class like their mates nationwide stayed at home for four months and one week due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Staff reporter, Blessing Ijedibia, who was at the school, reports that all COVID-19 safety protocols were observed as hand washing buckets were placed at the entrance of the school and other strategic locations.

The students were seen in a spacious hall, with their facemasks properly placed as they received tutorials.

In his reaction, the Principal of the school, Mrs. Florence Ezelibe, who expressed joy on the reopening of school, highlighted the readiness of the teachers to impact knowledge on the students.

She called on the students to take their studies seriously as the long awaited Senior Secondary Certificate Examination will soon commence.
