Life often becomes a subject of testimony when one attains a distinct milestone or reaches a pyramid of success.
However, life becomes even a bigger celebration when one achieves both success and rare blessings that come with age.
Such was the air last night in Awka at the 50th birthday party of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rotech Energy Services Limited, Chief Austin Chukwudi Oguejiofor.
The beautiful moments that interluded the birthday party; from the musical and cultural acts, the fireworks that ushered the celebrant into the venue, and the camera flashes that coloured the occasion, lent credence to how immemorial the event would remain in the hearts of both the celebrant and the guests.
The birthday party, which attracted dignitaries from social, traditional, political, business and academic class, was to mark the golden anniversary of a man whose organization has achieved global acclaims in real estate development, general construction and property management, among others.
A documentary that mirrored the life of the celebrant was also aired to serve as a recollection, while the fiftieth anniversary cake was jointly cut by the celebrant alongside family, friends and notable guests.
Chief Oguejiofor born on September 15, 1970 to the family of Pa Simeon Oguejiofor of Umunwankwu kindred, Urunnebo, Enugwu-Ukwu, Njikoka Local Government Area, is also a renowned Fine and Applied Arts Manager who has made groundbreaking successes in Nigeria’s business sector.

Felicitating with the celebrant, an industrialist, Engineer Johnbosco Onunkwo, said that Chief Oguejiofor had attained an age that was worth celebrating because of the huge role he has played in the society.
The traditional ruler of Nteje Community in Oyi Local Government Area and also the Deputy Chairman of ABS Board of Directors, Igwe Rowland Odegbo, noted that the at fifty, Chief Oguejiofor has achieved a fulfilling career which was why friends from all circles came to celebrate with him.
Another guest at the occasion, Chief Valentine Ozigbo, said that the celebrant has been a decade-long friend and a great man, and encouraged other privileged ndi Anambra outside the state to emulate Chief Oguejiofor by investing at home to move the state forward.
Popular Onitsha, Anambra-based tele-evangelist and artist, Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohaneme, popularly known as Odumeje, who also entertained the audience at the occasion, prayed for the celebrant.
Chief Oguejiofor, and his four children finally took to the dance floor to appreciate God for a new age and the guests for coming to celebrating with them.
Dignitaries that felicitated with the celebrant included a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Professor Charles Soludo, members of Anambra House of Assembly, politician and industriast, traditional rulers, cabinet members of the Enugwu-Ukwu traditional royal council including the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Anambra Broadcasting Service, Chief Uche Nworah, among others.
