It was another testimony to the conducive business atmosphere created
for investment attraction to Anambra State as PWAN Group, one of
Nigeria’s biggest brands in the Real Estate Sector, held her October
2020 Summit and grand opening of her eastern regional office in Awka.
With over seventeen subsidiary companies and forty-two branches in
thirteen States of the country, the group, founded in 2012, provides
investors in Nigeria and in the diaspora with opportunities to own
properties in different parts of the country at affordable price and
easier means.
The Eastern Regional Office in Awka is located at Kilometer 41, Along Onitsha-Enugu Expressway, Regina Ceali Junction.

Villas Oba, Immaculate Heart Gardens, Amansea behind Nnamdi Azikiwe

The company premiered real estate networking through which they
empower partners who they recognize as business owners under their
PWAN Business Owners programme which enables those who build networks
to own their houses within five years in addition to cash, car, home
appliances and free foreign travel incentives.
The Chairman, Dr Augustine Onwumere said the interest of the company
is to empower more people and help them to overcome poverty.
Dr Onwumere, flanked by his wife and Group Managing Director, Dr Mrs.
Jane Onwumere, explained that their business is a ministry, inspired by God
which has over two hundred people in their employ and so far impacted
the lives of more than seventy thousand persons and families.
On her part, the Group Managing Director of PWAN Group, Dr Mrs.
Onwumere praised the conducive business environment in Anambra State
while calling on women to explore the opportunities provided by the
company to empower themselves and own properties.
The Anambra State Commissioner for Housing, Architect Mike Okonkwo
explained that the model of business of the PWAN Group is in line with
the mandate of the State Government which is to fill the gap between
housing demand and supply as well as create a better platform for
public-private partnership in affordable housing provision.
