The Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has announced the partial reopening of the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja and the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
The reopening, which was announced in a statement signed by the sport ministry’s Director Facilities, came after the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 lifted the ban placed on contact sports on October fifteenth.
The statement said activities in both stadiums will take place between 7:00am and 5:00pm daily.
The ministry however said the main bowls of the Abuja and Lagos stadiums being rehabilitated by businessmen remain closed to the public.
