The Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano has appointed the immediate past Transition Committee Chairman of Dunukofia Local Government Area, Engineer Emeka ‘Konti’ Okonkwo as the new Director General of Youth Mobilization, Technology and Innovation, Anambra State.
The Youth Mobilization, Technology and Innovation office is a pioneer umbrella body that would accommodate and unite all Anambra youths and showcase their potentials to the global community.
The agency shall also promote local innovative enterprise of Anambra youths and pinpoint outstanding individuals whose innate talents deserve global recognition.
Engineer Okonkwo, the pionner head of the agency, and also a youth, is taking up the mantle at a time when Governor Obiano’s focus on youth development is taking formidable shape.
