As Part of efforts to cushion the hardships brought by the COVID-19 and economic recession, the Wisdom Pack, a product of Anambra Rice Processing Company Limited says it has offered a ten percent discount on its product.
The promo which started on twenty-fifth November, 2020, ended on fifth December, in Awka.
The initiative is aimed at supporting the State government and giving Ndi Anambra the opportunity to buy the staple product.
The company recorded huge sales while customers danced home with their bags of rice in preparation for the yuletide.
In an Interview, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Wisdom Pack Anambra Rice, Mr. Edwin Ejike expressed delight on the turn out of customers.
He also, thanked Governor Willie Obiano for his support and foresight to the agricultural sector.
Speaking to the ABS, two customers, Mr Augustine Onwuka and Miss Chigozie Mogbo, with smiles on their faces thanked Wisdom Pack for the opportunity and prayed for God’s favour upon Governor Willie Obiano.
