An auto crash involving three vehicles occurred yesterday at Aroma Fly over Awka.
The accident left one of the drivers with minor injury.
Our correspondent Chidinma Ikeanyionwu was at the accident scene and reports that the accident was between a Sienna bus coming from Enugu with plate number ENUGU JRV-200XB a Nissan Titan with plate number LAGOS JJJ-89EH, and a Toyota Camry.
According to an eye witness, the crash was due to over speeding by the driver of the Nissan Titan.
Speaking to newsmen the driver of the Sienna Bus whose vehicle was damaged from the back, Mr. Melvin Chibuike explained that his vehicle was hit because the driver of Nissan Titan was not observing instructions from FRSC Officials.
He further explained that FRSC officials were trying to control the traffic after his crash with the Toyota Camry before the NISAN Titan came to hit them Meanwhile, the driver of Nissan Titan who identified himself just as Uche who happens to be a mechanic taking the vehicle to the owner alleged that there was no traffic sign in sight, accusing the Road Safety officials of causing the confusion which led to the accident.
ABS tried speaking to an FRSC Official but he said he was not authorized to speak to the press.
However, the FRSC officials were spotted controlling traffic.
The crew also gathered that no life was lost during the incident.
