Engineer Enidom enumerated part of the arrangements listed in the handbook to include a two thousand naira road maintenance levy on every man in Neni, while affluent members of the community   have  a duty to construct at least one kilometer of road and make more donations for the maintenance.

He appealed to Anambra state government to enact a law that will be named late Chief Anthony Enukeme law on Road Maintenance as a way of immortalizing him.

Speaking at the event, one of the sons of late Chief Enukeme, Mr Nkene Enukeme, who extolled the move to establish NERMA in Neni, advised Ndi Neni not to relax on the fact that his father did a lot of roads in the community but to continue from where he stopped until all the roads in the community are tarred.
