It was a celebration of God’s blessings in the family of Chief Chukwuemeka Orjiakor and wife, Princess Stella Orjiakor of Nibo Community in Awka South Local Government Area, as they successfully dedicate a two-story edifice to God almighty.
The dedication service officiated by the Archbishop Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger, and Anglican Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Reverend Alexander Ibezim, also saw the commisioninng of Madam Janet Nwokoye Orjiakor Street as well as birthday celebration for Chief Orjiakor and marriage longevity between the celebrants.
Family members,  friends and well wishers converged on Umuekeli Village Ifite-Nibo, the country home of the celebrant to felicitate with his family.
The celebrant, a philanthropist also distributed new year palliative materials  to some indigent women and widows in the community.
Items distributed were bags of rice, Bible and wrappers
Dedicating the edifice, Archbishop Ibezim, prayed for God’s grace upon the life of the celebrant and his family while commending him for puting smiles on the faces of the needy by providing succour to  them.
Archbishop Ibezim during his sermon reminded Nibo indigenes of  the need to work collectively to enable them feel the impact of the government.
The traditional ruler of Nibo, Igwe Michael Ngene and President General of the community, Sir Innocent Akuvuo noted  that Nibo is a blessed community where indigenes support each other, adding  that it was a thing of joy to celebrate with chief Orjiakor whom has been a great support to  the community .
Among the dignitaries who came to felicitate with the celebrants were
the member representing NnewiNorth, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo  Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives, Sir Chris Azubuogu, the Commissioner for Housing, Architect Mike Okonkwo, the State Head of Service, Barrister Harry Uduh and the traditional ruler of Isiagu community, Igwe Austin Nwankwo among others.
Responding  the celebrants, Chief Orjiakor and Wife, Stella Orjiakor, said  that the celebration was to thank God for His grace upon their family.
They said that they were delighted that God has given them the resources to help others urging other affluent individuals to emulate the gesture.
The event climaxed with the cutting of birthday cake.
