The Archbishop, Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger, Most Reverend Alexander Ibezim has challenged the youths to build their life on a solid spiritual foundation.
Most Reverend Ibezim stated this at Bishop Crowther Junior Seminary, Awka during his pastoral visit to the school.
Most Reverend Ibezim who is also the Bishop of Awka Anglican Diocese said that formation of youths starts early from families where they will be moulded and raised to become good ambassadors of Christ, noting that environment in which they grow up also have effect on their lives.
The Prelate stated that in order not to allow the future of the youths to collapse, parents and guardians should get them rooted in Christ, noting that if their foundation is weak or faulty, they will not progress in life.
He urged the students not be ashamed of preaching the gospel and to ensure their physical structure do not over shadow what God wants them to be in the spiritual realm.
Most Reverend Ibezim further asked the students to be good listeners, work on their character and attitude to ensure it reflects on the teachings of Christ as he said that with all these, their future is guaranteed.
