Like Onitsha and Azia Communities have done, Nnewi has supported its security outfit, with the needed logistics for effective community policing.
This is in response to the security challenges facing the conventional security agencies.
Through donations from the people of Nnewi they have been equipped with security gadgets including seven security vans procured for mobility, other items, and also arrangement have been made for their welfare.
These will definitely complement the work of the police and other security agencies in intelligence gathering and crime prevention.
