Anambra State government has reiterated its commitment to creating an enable environment for businesses to thrive.

The Chairman Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, Chief Ifeanyi Ibezi stated this when he inspected the ongoing construction of access and internal roads at Green Valley Housing Estate within Awka Capital Territory.

Speaking to newsmen shortly after the inspection, Chief Ibezi expressed delight with the quality of work done so far which he said is between fifty and seventy percent complete saying that they are awaiting the ground breaking by Governor Willie Obiano.

Chief Ibezi disclosed that they will soon showcase the estate through a digital marketing department, calling on Ndi Anambra and other investors to key into the think home philosophy of the present administration.

He commended Governor Willie Obiano for the plans and prospects initiated in ensuring that Ndi Anambra have an affordable housing scheme and called on the people to utilize the opportunity and secure a home for themselves, adding that they have staff housing units which will accommodate civil servants in the State.

On his part, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, Mr Willie Okafor said the estate which is on above ninety hecters of land will accommodate all infrastructural facilities.

Mr Okafor noted that they attracted investors in line with the think home philosophy of the Obiano administration promising that in no distant time, the project will be delivered.
