An APGA stakeholder in Ogbaru, Comrade Arinzechukwu Awogu, who is also the Transition Committee Chairman of Ogbaru Local Government Area, says the Appeal Court, Kano judgment that sacked Jude Okeke and re-instated Dr. Victor Oye as the authentic National chairman of the Party is the triumph of good over evil.
Comrade Awogu disclosed this while addressing thousands of APGA members of the Council Area who gathered at his house in Atani, to celebrate the deserved victory.
Addressing the APGA faithful in Ogbaru, the Council Chairman, said the judgment by the Kano Appeal Court was expected, as there was no basis abinitio to have subjected the party through the mental and psychological trauma it went through by the Brinin-Kudu judgment.
Honourable Awogu noted that good has triumphed over evil, following the judgment and urged party faithful to close ranks as the task of producing Professor Chukwuma Soludo as the governor of Anambra State has just begun.
He praised the resilience of the party led by Governor Willie Obiano who never waived in his unflinching support for Professor Chukwuma Soludo and Dr. Victor Oye, all through the unfortunate confusion, and revealed that whoever has the support of Governor Willie Obiano has a rock of Gibraltar behind him.
Honourable Awogu equally used the opportunity to brief the people of Ogbaru on the success of his meeting with Ogbaru people in the diaspora and said that the meeting is already yielding positive results.
He equally used the avenue to receive Dr. Alex Emejom, the President of Ogbahu Development Union, California, into the party.
