Wife of the Governor of Anambra State and founder of the charity organization, Caring Family Enhancement Initiative, CAFE, Dr Ebelechukwu Obiano said that her form of evangelism is touching lives of the poor people and restoring joy to those in dire need.
Dr Obiano stated this while interacting with people from Dunukofia, Oyi and Nnewi South Local Government Areas in continuation of her 2021 Local Government Area tour.
Correspondent Daniel Ezeigwe reports that according to the governor’s wife, there is immense joy in assisting those in need, and each time she gives, she relishes fulfilment knowing that she has either put a smile on someone’s face or helped save a life.
While stating that she will miss Anambra women and less privileged people most after the tenure of her husband, because they occupy an endearing space in her heart, Dr Obiano said that they form an unforgettable picture in her thoughts and passion, even though her husband’s administration is winding down, she would continue to run her NGO and keep touching lives.
The Governor’s wife also pledged that wife of the next governor of Anambra State would take over from where she would stop and urged Anambra electorate to vote for APGA in the November sixth election as its candidate, Professor Chukwuma Soludo holds the key to Anambra’s best future.
The Anambra State Commissioner for Social Welfare, Children and Women Affairs, Lady Ndidi Mezue, her Trade and Commerce counterpart, Mr Uchenna Okafor, and the member representing Nnewi South, Constituency One, Honourable Sunny Ozobialu said with what the Governor’s wife has achieved with CAFE, she has set a strong blueprint for her successor.
