Wife of the Governor of Anambra State, Dr Ebelechukwu Obiano says only the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in next week’s governorship election in Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo can build stronger formation and consolidate existing development indices in the state.

Dr Obiano disclosed this while interacting with the people of Anambra East Local Government Area, in continuation of her routine tour.

Correspondent Daniel Ezeigwi reports that the Governor’s wife while stating that Professor Soludo’s wife Nonye will continue to reach out to the less privileged, called on the Anambra electorate to vote for APGA in next week’s election to sustain her legacies.

On her part, wife of the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in next week’s governorship election Mrs Nonye Soludo, said that each vote for APGA and Professor Soludo is a strong affirmation of a better and more progressive Anambra State.

The member representing Anambra East constituency at the Anambra State House of Assembly, Chief Obinna Emenaka, said that the governor’s wife has used her CAFÉ to set consistent charity standards, insisting that Mrs Nonye Soludo alongside her husband, Professor Chukwuma Soludo have both proven their mettle in their pre-political careers, and are ready to replicate the same if voted in.

The Transition Committee Chairman of Anambra East Local Government Area, Mr Obi Nweke, in his remarks, noted that the governor’s wife has created a unique social paradigm that will live for ages.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Chieftaincy Affairs and Community Liaison, Mrs Vera-Queen Okonkwo, wife of the National Chairman of APGA, Mrs Mary Oye, the Anambra State APGA Woman Leader, Mrs Gloria Udevi, among others were at the event.

The governor’s wife also provided support to widows, less privileged women and children the aged and the physically challenged from the local government area.
