The candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA in the November sixth Anambra State governorship election, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has presented his manifesto to Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide, Anambra State chapter.
Professor Soludo presented his manifesto during the Anambra Gubernatorial Election Manifesto Presentation organized by Ohaneze Ndigbo, Anambra chapter held in Awka.
Speaking during the event, the Director General of Soludo Campaign Organization, Professor Solo Chukwulobelu who thanked Ohaneze Ndigbo worldwide for playing fatherly role in Igboland, asked them to analyze all the manifestos of the candidates in the governorship election and choose the best among them.
Professor Chukwulobelu noted that APGA came into Anambra State as a rescue political party and appealed to Ohaneze Ndigbo worldwide and the generality of residents of the state to come out enmass on November sixth and reciprocate the years of good governance.
Professor Soludo who was represented by his running mate Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim assured that if elected, he will conscientiously transform the State, especially in this critical time.
The Vice President-General of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide, Chief Damian Okeke-Ogene, debunked claim that the body had earlier endorsed any candidate, and eulogized Governor Willie Obiano for being of immense assistance to the association over the years.
The Anambra State Chairman of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Prince Emeka Udodeme said that the association is apolitical and called on Ndi Anambra to come out and exercise their franchise this Saturday.
