The Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command, CP Echeng, Echeng, has appreciated Ndi Anambra and residents of the State for their corporation before and during the governorship election of the state which took place on the 6th of November, 2021.
A release signed by DSP, Nkiruka Nwode, Police Public Relations Officer, Zone-13 and Head Police Media for Anambra Governorship election said the Command is satisfied with the level of co-operation and compliance with the security templates drawn out for the exercise.
The release on behalf of the Commissioner of Police and sister security agencies, acknowledged the people of the state for their conduct which it said aided in no small measure in ensuring that the election was devoid of hostile interferences and contravention of guidelines for security and safety of voters and voting materials.
