Wife of Governor Anambra State, Dr. (Mrs.) Ebelechukwu Obiano (Osodieme), heartily felicitates with Dame Virgy Etiaba (CON), former Anambra State governor and first female governor in Nigeria, as she celebrates her 79th Birthday.
In a goodwill message signed by Mr. Emeka Ozumba, the Deputy Chief Press Secretary to Anambra State Governor, Mrs. Obiano while thanking God for the gift of Dame Etiaba to Anambra State, prayed that He continues to preserve her to enable ndi Anambra to continue to benefit from her wise counsels particular at crucial moments.
Osodieme thanked the former governor for her consequential interventions as Grandma Anambra each time she, Osodieme, sought recourse to her rich repertoire of knowledge and wisdom on the functions of family and state.
Osodieme congratulated her on her utmost discipline and hard work which combined to afford her comfort, peace of mind and great health at 79. She prayed that the celebrant lives to continue to witness Anambra’s continual march to great civilisation.
In her words, Osodieme thanked Dame Etiaba for ‘disregarding distractions as you unflinchingly support the government of Chief Willie Obiano in his commitment to make Anambra State better’.
