Christians have been called upon to continue to work for unity among themselves and resist the devil   that accentuates differences and draws attention to conflict.

The Anambra State Two Overseer of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor Jude Chukwuocha, made the call in a sermon during a combine service at the church’s headquarter in Awka.

Pastor Chukwuocha, who emphasized on the theme ” From Disagreement to Agreement” reminded the congregation of the need to work in line with the Bible principles and in accordance with Christ teachings on earth.

He urged the youths to flee from hard drugs and other social vices that are capable of marring their future.

Contributing, the Deeper Life State Campus Coordinator, Pastor Samuel Idowu and the Group Pastor, Amikwo group of Districts, Awka, Pastor Donatus Ndum, charged Christians to rekindle their hope in God, eschew carnal propensities and accept Christ as their lord and personal saviour.

The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Willie Obiano on Disability Matters, Barrister Chuks Ezewuzie, who was part of the service, added that the theme of the service “Disagreement to Agreement is apt as it will assist Christians for proper introspection, and called on youths to desist from the prevalent social vices that engage them in wrong behaviour.
